Website Design & Development Services

All website design, development, and digital services provided by The Yash Media are custom services tailored to the client’s specific requirements.
A 7-day refund window is available only if the client decides not to proceed before the project has officially started and before any planning, work, or resource allocation has begun.
Once the project is initiated, refunds are not applicable, even if visible output is not immediately available. Initial project stages may include consultation, requirement analysis, structure planning, content mapping, and design direction setup.
After the 7-day period has elapsed, or once work has commenced, no refunds will be provided.

Custom, Additional & Technical Services

All custom work, additional services, technical support, consultations, and feature enhancements are strictly non-refundable. These services involve dedicated time, expertise, and resource allocation that cannot be reversed or recovered.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is solely at the discretion of The Yash Media and does not constitute an obligation.

Refund Processing

For any approved refunds, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
